The plant which is used to make fertilizer in large quantities is called a bulk blending NPK fertilizer plant for example 1000tpd which means one thousand tons per day of manufacturing. There are so many benefits & advantages of these plants. Fertilizer blending provides the solution to farmers to have the correct ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus, potash, and micronutrients.

These plants work in three stages the first is the raw material feeding and batch preparation section, the second one is the batch preparation section and the third one is the packaging and printing section. All three-substance nitrogen, phosphorous & potash pass through these processes and then a farmer can use them in his fields. There are so many machines used in this plant to make the fertilizer, for example, mixer machines which are used to mix all three substances in an accurate ratio, elevators, PLC systems used to control the machines, transmitters, gauges, etch machinery parts.

The fertilizer is in the form of powder or granules. The plant is made up of MS material all the vessels & pipes are of material MS.

NPK mixture fertilizers are formulated & recommended by agricultural scientists to enhance the output of the crops by giving them a balanced, Specific, and exclusive blend of plant nutrients. All the major plant nutrients like Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potash are mixed in different ratios to make them suitable for specific crops. These specific ratios of NPK & S are called grades.
